We collect your name, email address, and OAuth provider identifier (Google or Discord) when you create an account. For orders, we collect game login credentials solely to fulfill your top-up order. Payment information is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process orders, provide customer support, and send order status notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
Game credentials submitted for order fulfillment are stored in encrypted form and deleted within 72 hours of order completion. All connections to Nexus Vault are encrypted via TLS/SSL.
4. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication and preference storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 14 business days.
